Kris Bernal and Perry Choi are pregnant! In a series of adorable "movie posters" posted just today, March 3, the couple officially announced that they're expecting their very first child.
Titled When Two Become Three, the first "film" they we're starring in saw the pair in bed with snacks and baby toys tossed around. Kris can be seen holding a pregnancy test, while Perry had an ultrasound photo in his hands.
"It happened. We weren’t really 'trying' but we were blessed with pregnancy," the GMA actress writes on Instagram. She continues, "I can still remember [feeling] a rush of different emotions when the test showed two lines. I already had suspicion weeks prior to finding out the good news but I was able to confirm it when something happened."
For a flick simply called Pregnant, Kris is seen dolling herself up while her hubby imitates the feeling of vomiting from morning sickness. "I’ve been trying to mimic or portray this kind of feeling in some of my TV roles/scenes! And, it was waaaaay different!! Bad acting, KB! Lol!" she shares.
A first-time mom at 33, Kris says that she "feels like a stranger" in her own body, but she also considers it a miracle that she was able to accomplish her work appearances without her peers finding out. She compliments herself, saying, "Good acting, KB!"
For the last poster of the series, the couple reveal that their first-born is due in about 108 days, which is sometime in August. The mom-to-be shifts the spotlight to Perry, who's been very hands-on when it came to taking care of her.
"He put up with all my crazy mood swings, reminds me of the dos and don’ts of my doctor, makes sure I take my medicines on time," she narrates. "Perry, you have what it takes to welcome parenthood! You’ll def nail this whole dad thing!" Aww!
Kris' fellow Kapuso stars, namely Carla Abellana, Arci Munoz, Megan Young, Ara Mina, and more, immediately sent their joyous congratulations to her.
