In the wake of Daniel Padilla putting his luxury car up for sale, it looks like he and his family are selling another prized possession: their two-story family home in Quezon City.
A real estate page detailed the new listing back in December, which described the property as an “elegant owner’s built house.”

Located near Commonwealth in Quezon City, Daniel, his mother Karla Estrada, and their family’s lot area comprises a sprawling 500 square meters, with the two-story house including six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a garage that can house five to six vehicles.
The home also includes several other expansive spaces, such as the living and dining area, a master bedroom walk-in closet, and a grand staircase.
Despite being up for sale in early December, Karla and her family were spotted spending their Christmas holidays in the comforts of the house. The matriarch previously alluded to the Quezon City property as her “dream home” in several interviews, which Daniel purchased as a gift for his mother before he turned 20.
In a vlog, Ogie Diaz addressed the questions regarding Daniel and Karla’s decisions in selling their assets. While netizens might speculate about “financial problems,” the talent manager claimed that it was merely for a change in location. “Ang alam ko kasi, parang ang gusto ni Karla ay ibenta na ‘yung bahay kasi gusto na niyang lumipat sa bandang south,” he said.
