On November 22, 2024, YouTube sensation and actress Ivana Alawi treated her subscribers to an intimate tour of her dream home, a space that reflects both her luxurious taste and playful personality.
From her opulent living room with Italian-designed furniture to her carefully curated kitchen and whimsical Christmas tree, every corner of Ivana's home reflects her personal style. Ahead, see our favorite details.
The Details of Ivana Alawi's Dream Home
1. Her monochromatic living room
Stepping into Ivana's living room, visitors are greeted by a calming palette of whites and beiges.
"Mahilig ako sa white, sa beige," Ivana says, explaining how these neutral tones make up her dream space. Note how the carefully curated décor and furnishing, mostly high-end Italian pieces, mirror her growing taste for quality opulence.

At the heart of the living room is Ivana’s prized possession: the limited-edition Mama Chair. She cautions, "Bawal uminom dito kasi mahal yung carpet saka mahal yung upuan.
“Alam mo yung parang dito talaga ako nag-invest sa mga Italian furniture. Dati kasi, hindi naman ako marunong sa mga ganyan, pero na-realize ko, dapat mag-invest ka sa magagandang mga furniture na tatagal talaga."
Pointing to the Mama Chair, Ivana reveals there are only a handful of this Italian-designed piece available worldwide—and just two in the Philippines.
“Pinag-isipan ko talaga kasi ang mahal niya," Ivana says, revealing that the chair costs around PHP600,000. "It's a statement, so, alam mo na... and this is limited edition kasi ilan lang ang meron ito sa mundo.
"Isa sa mga maganda dito sa Mama Chair, may kuwento talaga siya. Tungkol siya sa nanay at eto naman yung baby," she says, gesturing to the ball-shaped footrest that is linked to the curvaceous, female-form-inspired armchair by a chain. Its creator, Italian designer Gaetano Pesce, put the piece together in 1969, as an ode to feminism.

The room's aesthetic extends to a custom-made beige carpet that perfectly complements the sizeable area. Adding a playful element to the room, she has included a chess set and a sturdy center table—ideal for tong-its, mahjong, or casual gatherings with her family and friends.
While her set of furniture leans towards high-end Italian craftsmanship, Ivana’s humorous side shines through in the smaller details. She jokes about the mismatched pillows on one of her chairs, "Hindi ko alam kung bakit siya nandiyan. Hindi siya bagay, dapat brown. “Pero wala pa tayong budget kaya mag-iipon tayo para sa brown na unan."
2. Her dream Christmas tree
The Internet personality wraps up her living room tour with a touch of holiday magic—a giant-sized red Christmas tree in one corner of the living room.
"Happy birthday! So, alam niyo na, birthday ko sa Pasko," she says with a playful smile. Born on December 25, Ivana associates the sight of a Christmas tree with her special day.
"Kahit wala akong punung-punong design ng Christmas or ilaw sa labas, basta pagpasok ko sa bahay, makita ko yung Christmas tree, feeling ko birthday ko na," she adds.

Her towering Christmas tree is a striking blend of red, white, and silver, meticulously adorned with elements that mirror Ivana’s love for florals and whimsical themes.
"Mahilig ako sa roses, sa flowers," she tells about the tree's unique design. Tailored to suit her vision, the tree also features a mix of adorable polar bear ornaments.
3. Her elevated kitchen and dining area
Ivana's kitchen is where practicality meets style. Flexing state-of-the-art appliances, she introduces her custom-built oven and microwave, which took nine months to arrive from overseas, and the enormous refrigerator, a "walk-in fridge" she calls it. What stands out the most to Ivana is that it keeps all her ingredients fresh for as long as possible.

She then highlights the distinction between her clean kitchen, where meals are prepped and displayed, and the dirty kitchen reserved for cooking dishes with stronger aromas like dried fish.
In curating her kitchen set-up, the Kapamilya actress admits she has been receiving recommendations from her siblings, particularly her younger sister Mona Alawi.
Within view is a knife set, which Ivana sourced with the help of her brother, Hash. Since the knives are only available in the States, Hash arranged to purchase them and carried them home in his luggage. Additionally, meticulously labeled spice jars and organized cupboards are manifestations of Ivana's love for order.

Her collection of Le Creuset cookware, displayed rather than used, also grabs attention. Despite their heft, the pots give credence to what Ivana laughingly describes as "tita" pursuits. Across the kitchen is the chic dining area, the family's favorite spot.

The dining table, imported from Italy, is surrounded by custom chairs designed by the same manufacturers of Ferrari car seats.
"Alam niyo kung gaano katagal kong pinag-isipan itong upuan na 'to," she exclaims, "isa to sa pinaka-mahal dito sa bahay."
Although initially apprehensive about their price, she now finds the chairs comfortable and worth the investment. "Pati si Mama, pag umuupo dito, may dala pang tela iyan. Lahat kami, takot umupo dito. Pero lagi kami nandito. In fairness na, naging comfy na din sila and, ang sarap niya upuan."

The area isn't entirely complete, with paintings still to be added. By the area's counter is a bouquet of flowers gifted by actress Marian Rivera.
"Hindi ko siya tatanggalin diyan kasi bigay iyan ni Ate Marian. Pinadalan niya ako ng flowers. Kinilig talaga ako,” Ivana gushes, declaring the flowers untouchable. “Sabi ko talaga, ‘Walang gagalaw ng bulaklak ko diyan.’”
4. Her wine nook and powder room
The space also features a temporary wine display, perfect for housewarming parties. Adjacent to the kitchen is the powder room, reserved for guests. Although understated, it adds practicality to her stunning home design.
5. Her staircase and chandelier
Before stepping into her bedroom, Ivana pauses at the staircase, highlighting the light fixtures she has installed. "Pag gabi, ang sexy niya," she remarks, appreciating how the glow elevates the ambiance.
Alongside the staircase hangs a chandelier—an essential in the vlogger's home. "Alam niyo naman kung gaano ako ka-addict sa chandelier," she jokes, referencing her previous home tours in which she revealed her love for this home fixture. However, admitting shifting preferences, she now favors sleek, modern chandeliers over traditional designs.

The second floor hosts multiple guest rooms, in addition to the bedrooms of her siblings Mona and Hash.
6. Her bedroom
"Welcome to our bedroom," Ivana beams, introducing her viewers to her personal space.

The room is anchored by a massive TV, chosen for its cinema-like experience. Alongside it is her PlayStation set-up with four controllers that serves as a gaming hub for her and her siblings. The bed, adorned with her signature motif, features a bedside display of her favorite orchids, real ones, as well as a rose quartz crystal that symbolizes love.
"Ilalagay ko lang siya sa tabi ng kama ko para paggising pa lang, love na agad," Ivana says.

A relaxing chair, while visually appealing, has yet to see much use. "Ngayon lang ako umupo dito," she admits, laughing at her tendency to admire rather than use some of her furnishings.
The view from her bedroom overlooking serene mountains is another highlight. Moreover, the bedroom has a lounge area, still in progress. The space includes a pantry with a coffee station, fridge, and freezer, ensuring Ivana doesn't have to head downstairs for her cravings. A swivel chair, perfect for enjoying the view, is one of her favorite pieces.

Plans for a dining table in this area are also underway, turning it into a convenient spot for meals and relaxation.
7. Her bathroom
Meanwhile, her bathroom features a full-size mirror and a custom rain shower equipped with lights reminiscent of club strobe effects.
"Ginawa ko na yung gimikan dito sa shower," she banters, showing off its color-changing lights while dancing.

The bathroom also has air-conditioning about which Ivana reasons with her signature humor. The bathtub, customized to be extra roomy, is her relaxation hub, which is why there is always wine and a mattress for added comfort.

Her bathroom mirror, designed with adjustable lighting, doubles as a vanity spot, "Favorite kong mag-TikTok talaga dito."
