BGC is shaping into a coffee lover's paradise. Left and right—no we're not talking about the song—are new spots that you can check out. Here's another coffee shop to add to your ever-growing list: Italian coffee brand Pocofino is opening its third store in the metro along 30th Street in BGC. Dubbed Caffe Pocofino, the brand announced the expansion on its social media pages earlier this week, even teasing that they are opening sooner than we think.
What's there to look forward to in this Italian coffee shop?
Pocofino is famous for its espresso shots and use of real-deal Italian blends to bring the taste of Italy to Manila. Their drinks are mostly espresso-based, giving you that strong hit of caffeine even in small doses. Among its bestsellers are the Iced Pocofino Latte and Iced Tiramisu Latte.
If you're eager to try Italian coffee, you'll have to temper the hankering a little bit more as an official opening date and a full menu haven't been announced yet. However, Pocofino did tease that their signature drinks and coffee blends will be available in the new BGC concept store. Aside from that, the new branch is also set to house most of the brand's favorite snacks like paninis, chocolates, and other Italian fare.
Pocofino has branches such as the Chiosco Pocofino in Greenhills Promenade and the Pocofino Coffee Lab in Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong. The soon-to-open BGC haunt is the brand's third outpost in Manila.
