In case you missed it, K-drama actor couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin have decided to let go of their first home, which they initially moved into as newlyweds. The property, situated along the outskirts of Seoul, was put on sale for KRW 7 billion, which is about P300 million or $5.1 million.

In 2020, Hyun Bin bought a luxury penthouse in the ultra-exclusive building complex in the Achiul neighborhood of Guri, Gyeonggi province in South Korea. Priced at KRW4.8 billion–or about P204 million–at that time, this residence is believed to have been the pair's honeymoon home, ever since they tied the knot in 2022. The unit features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a rooftop garden within its 330-square-meter capacity.
About Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's married life
After starring as the lead characters in the 2020 hit series Crash Landing On You, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin confirmed their romantic relationship on January 1, 2021. A year later, on February 10, 2022, they announced their engagement on February 10, 2022. In an Instagram post, Hyun Bin released a statement through his agency (as translated by Soompi): "It’s true. I have made the important decision of marriage and am cautiously taking steps toward the second stage of my life. I have made this promise with the woman who always makes me laugh (Son Ye Jin): to always walk together in the days that lie ahead."
On Son Ye Jin's end, the actress also penned a statement to announce the news: "I have a person that I want to spend the rest of my life with. It’s true. It’s the person you’re all thinking of (Hyun Bin). Just being with him gives me a sense of warmth and dependability."She continued, "I had thought that a man and a woman meeting, sharing their hearts, and promising each other the future was somewhat out of the range of imagination, but we naturally approached that point to get here.
They officially exchanged wedding vows on March 31, 2022.
According to YTN, the couple's wedding invitation had the celebrity couple's portmanteau "BinJin" — a combination of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's names — inscribed on a sketch-like drawing of a wedding gown.
In addition, follow-up reports of the event by the South Korean media confirmed that the ceremony was held at Aston House, Grand Walkerhill Hotel in Gwangjang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
Three months later, on June 27, 2022, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin announced the happy news of their pregnancy: "We'll take care of the precious life that came to us. I hope you'll also take care of the things that you should take care of in your life and stay healthy. [praying emoji]"
The star couple welcomed their baby boy on November 27, 2022.
