There’s always that particular lifestyle that many have aspired to achieve. Once a dream can quickly turn into a reality, and it all starts with inspiration. Real estate brand Rockwell Land has always been one to inspire with the many fine things in life. Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, the brand marked the milestone with its “Lifestyles Done Rockwell” series. From September 5 to 21, you can visit its lineup of immersive pop-ups that embody the brand’s signature blend of sophistication and community, situated at the North Court, R1 Level, Power Plant Mall.

For its latest installment, “Hosts at Home,” it’s all about transforming your humble abode into a stylish haven through intricate details that make hosting more meaningful and a reflection of inspired living. The pop-up showcased curated spaces and distinct models from Rockwell’s developments and partner merchants, providing guests with inspiration for modern living. Amidst the stylish display, one event stood out: Preview.ph’s very own Preview Café – The Host’s Edit, a gathering that captures the art of hosting..
A Stylish Gathering
Much like a warm, inviting living room, the pop-up invited guests to settle in and enjoy artisanal brews from Elephant Grounds Manila with great company. It was an intimate space that captured the essence of hosting: where good conversation, thoughtful details, and a dash of flair come together seamlessly.

The guest list reflected Manila’s creative pulse, with names like Best Filipino Fashion Designer 2023 awardee Chris Nick, publicist, LGBTQ+ and HIV-AIDS advocate Janlee Dungca, model and content creator Liam Labrooy, fashion designers Martin Bautista and Pamela Andres, model EJ Nacion, music powerhouse Ben&Ben, and more in attendance. Each brought their own energy to the afternoon, proving that when you gather tastemakers from fashion, design, and music under one roof, you don’t just host an event—you spark a cultural moment.

The Creatives Who Stepped in Front of the Lens
At the heart of the gathering was an experience only the fashion and beauty media brand could deliver: the Preview Portrait Sessions. Guests were guided by Preview editors on how to strike their best angles, blending editorial polish with authentic personality. Behind the lens was renowned photographer Belg Belgica, whose eye for style and detail ensured each shot wasn’t just a portrait, but a statement.

Between coffee breaks and conversations, the portrait sessions became a space where creativity, community, and Rockwell’s lifestyle ethos naturally intertwined. With Preview’s editorial touch, the activation gave guests a glimpse into how gatherings could—and should—feel, especially when you add an extra layer of sophistication to your everyday living.

Rockwell’s Hosts at Home edition is a reminder that all it takes is the little details to elevate an experience and turn gatherings into a meaningful affair. Take a curated space, a good cup of coffee, and a thoughtful keepsake, and you get a transformation from casual meetups to unforgettable moments.

Take this as your cue to host with intention, style, and a sense of community—the Rockwell way.
