Using only fresh ingredients in their quest for flavor, the HeyBo signature bowls are a must-try. Each dish features a delectable balance of grains, veggies, and protein, ensuring you get enough sustenance while enjoying every bite.
Muscle Beach (P295), made of tri-color quinoa, sous-vide chicken breast, charred carrots, charred broccoli, avocado, and mixed seeds with Beetroot Chipotle Dip & Yuzu Soy, is a bright yet filling option, while Kampong Table (P295) is, flavor-wise, heartier with roasted lemongrass chicken, Thai basil tofu, soft boiled egg, oriental cabbage salad, lime wedge with White Bean & Cauliflower Dip & Green Chutney over mixed grains.
