"My son FrancisKo," the letter says. "I was sure to meet you soon. I had prepared a few things you may like but for some reason your beating heart lost its way to us. I don't blame you for being scared—it is a scary world but I would like to let you know I was prepared for you. Even if I am heartbroken I will keep my heart intact while you find your way back to us. Your beating heart has healed me in so many ways. I love you anak...I'll be waiting. Mama Heart."

Heart Evangelista's Past Miscarriages

Heart talked about her first miscarriage in May 2018. She shared that she was initially expecting twins, but one of the embryos fell behind in terms of development and they sadly lost that embryo. Then in June 2018, she took it to Instagram to announce she and her husband Senator Chiz Escudero lost their baby at the three month mark. She named the baby Mira.

Our deepest condolences to Heart and her family.
