Badang Rueda spun the wedding venue into an opulent space, accenting it with white flora, sheer sculptural decorations, and glass candelabrums.
Ultimately, what made the affair even more special was that Heart's mom, Cecilia Ongpauco, was in attendance. Heart even joked that she was "nine years late," as she was absent from her nuptials in 2015, but assures that they are now "all good." Cecilia was even the one who walked her down the aisle. Aww!
