Balay Dako
Operating hours: The breakfast buffet starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m. This is available only on weekends and holidays.
Price: P950/adult and P650/children below four feet.
It’s a well-known fact that Balay Dako is one of, if not the most famous restaurant with a breakfast buffet in Tagaytay. The homemade corned beef with sinangang is a must-try, but the buffet lets customers create their ultimate dreamy silog, too—and have as much as they’d want to.

Bag of Beans
Operating hours: The breakfast buffet starts at 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. This is available on weekends only.
Price: P999/adults, P699/kids, and free for children five years old and below.
Bag of Beans also has its own weekend buffet and theirs is exclusively available at the main branch. The food served in this buffet is a mix of Filipino and international food, appetizers, bread, salads, and freshly-made desserts.

RSM
Operating hours: The buffet starts from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and the lunch buffet starts from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Both buffets are available on weekends and holidays.
Price: P998/adult, P450/kids five to nine years old, and free for four years old and below.
RSM (Rolly, Silvina, Marquez) has breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets for those who don’t want to go to Tagaytay too early. The restaurant specializes in Filipino dishes; examples of these dishes are lechon, kare-kare, dinuguan, barbecue, laing, and pinangat which are the few viands they serve for dinner buffet. The restaurant has Silvina’s Pasalubong inside, so make sure to grab a box of Silvina's Silvinas Bibingka on your way out.

Klara’s Bulalo Kafe
Operating hours: The breakfast buffet begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. while the lunch buffet is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Both buffets are available on weekends only.
Price: P545 net/head for breakfast, P825 net/head for lunch.
Klara’s Bulalo Kafe sticks to the Filipino breakfast essentials: tapa, longganisa, tocino, daing na bangus, dilis, adobo, an egg station, and, of course, free bulalo soup to bring warmth to the nippy Tagaytay weather. For the lunch buffet, they have meatier, heavier dishes like kaldereta, beef salpicao, kare-kare, and a D.I.Y. halo-halo station for dessert.

Verdana, Taal Vista Hotel
Operating hours: The breakfast buffet starts from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and is available every day; the lunch buffet starts from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and is available on weekends; the dinner buffet starts from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.
Price: The breakfast buffet costs P1,150 net/head and the lunch and dinner buffet costs P1,590 nett/person.
Taal Vista Hotel’s breakfast buffet’s focal point is the pastries and bread you can slather fruity jams on. The rice meals are kept simple during the breakfast buffet, but it's during lunch that it’s a feast of Filipino dishes from morcon, pochero, Cebu lechon, lechon manok, apahap, dinengdeng, and the best one yet: fresh-off-the-grill liempo.

Twin Lakes Cafe, Twin Lakes Hotel
Operating hours: The breakfast buffet starts from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and is available every day, and the dinner buffet is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Saturday only.
Price: P699/head for walk-in breakfast buffet customers, and P1,599 net/head for the Saturday dinner buffet (prices may change depending on the menu).
The Twin Lakes Cafe has a breakfast buffet menu with changing main dishes but with permanent items on the table, like soup, salad, fruit, and egg station. As for the hotel's Saturday dinner buffet, these are themed and the menu changes too. Previously, their dinner buffets had a boodle fight-style inihaw and a whole display of seafood.

Another buffet at Twin Lakes is Samgyuniku and with this buffet, location is key. Their restaurant has a beautiful overlooking view of Tagaytay that you can take in while savoring plates upon plates of Samgyuniku's USDA Angus steak, crispy pata, tempura, scallops, shrimps, chicharong bulaklak, crispy water spinach, and other meaty dishes, side dishes, dessert, and drinks.

Escala Tagaytay

You've most likely seen photos of Escala's infinity pool on social media. If you've been meaning to see it for yourself, they have breakfast buffet every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The cuisine they offer guests is a combination of Filipino cuisine and continental dishes.
Depending on the number of people checked in on any day from Monday to Thursday, they can open the breakfast buffet on a weekday too. It would be best to call them at (02) 8519 4444 to confirm.

For those who are on the tightest of tightest budgets, WOW 199 offers unlimited Korean barbecue for—you guessed it—P199 per head, and what's best is that it's open 24/7. The 199-peso buffet includes unlimited pork, ssamjang, rice, side dishes, and one serving of your preferred side, but there are other meatier sets that they sell for a higher price.
