Gabbi Garcia is officially the newest host of Pinoy Big Brother! The news was first announced nationwide on February 9, 2025 during an episode of the GMA variety show All-Out Sundays. Pegged as a Celebrity Collab Edition between ABS-CBN and GMA for its 20th anniversary, PBB has tapped Gabbi to serve as its Kapuso host counterpart.

Following the big reveal, the actress expressed her excitement on social media. “Hello, Philippines! Hello, World! Hello, Mga Kapamilya & Kapuso!” she captioned her post. “I’m beyond excited to announce that I’ll be one of your hosts for the upcoming Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition! See you all sa Bahay ni Kuya!"
In a pleasant plot twist, Gabbi also mentioned that she actually tried out for PBB back in 2012 for its fourth teen edition. She even shared throwback photos of her younger self while in line for auditions. While she didn’t make the cut, fate definitely dealt her a better hand 13 years later. “This is a huge milestone, and I can’t wait to share this experience with all of you! Game na ba kayo?!”
In the same post, Gabbi celebrated her career achievement with a rooftop photoshoot backgrounded by the GMA building. She oozed sultry elegance in a red deep v-neck frock by Yong Davalos, accentuated by silver and rose gold Tiffany and Co. accessories.
