"Once they enter the main door, I want [them to feel] the sense of they're just [like at] home," Francis explains, sharing that the property being an actual house was one of his biggest considerations when choosing a work space. Putting the client's comfort at the forefront, he appointed spacious areas for guests and their entourage to relax in as they brainstorm and later on, fit their outfits.
