According to Steven, in an interview with local news outlet Pilipino Star Ngayon Digital, the meeting was a complete surprise. Working at a company in Intramuros that provides guided bike tours and rentals, he was prepping bikes for a VIP client when Olivia Rodrigo herself showed up. "Of course, my reaction ay na-starstruck and gulat na gulat kasi napaka unexpected na pangyayare, inaasahan ko lang ay yung day na ito ay another regular day na naman pero hindi kasi makakakita ka pala ng world class singer," he detailed.
Steven's excitement was through the roof, especially since tickets for Olivia’s sold-out “GUTS” World Tour concert at the Philippine Arena were hard to come by. For those who couldn’t score tickets, like Steven, meeting the pop star was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
