Held at the opulent The Apurva Kempinski Bali, their union became a breathtaking celebration of love amidst the presence of dear friends and beloved family. But, did you know? This wasn't actually the first time they exchanged "I dos."

1. The Groom
"Sa dami kong pinagdaanan sa relationships, sa buhay, parang bigla ngayon, ang smooth lahat," she revealed, considering Rambo as an "answered prayer." Maja shared that not only did he bring positive changes in her life, he inspired her to become better, too.
2. The Proposal
Often characterized as somber, Black Saturday 2022 was filled instead with glee as Rambo popped the question in front of their family. Maja had no clue as nothing was out of the ordinary throughout the day! Playfully recounting the story, she even admitted to not hearing the proposal because "nasapak ko na siya." LOL!
3. The Pre-Nup Shoot
The couple's pre-nup shoot in Egypt, Maja's dream travel destination, proved to be one for the books. With limited time and budget, it was a challenge to make this happen, but with the help of their close industry friends it became memorable.
4. The Civil Wedding
Rumor had it that Maja and Rambo already tied the knot, and in this Preview Exclusive, Maja reveals that it's actually true. "Ayaw talaga namin itago pero may tamang panahon lang to share, and I think ito 'yun with my Preview family," she shares.
They made it offical last February 14, 2023 as the Philippines won't honor their destination wedding. While the reason may have been practical, the choice of date was more romantic: It was their fourth anniversary.
5. The Destination Wedding
Apart from being the most reasonably priced among the other destination wedding hot spots the couple checked out, Bali was the perfect choice as they both frequent the island. It turns out that even before getting back together, both Maja and Rambo already had a soft spot for this Indonesian locale.
6. The Guest List
Initially opting for an intimate wedding, they tried trimming down their guestlist to 100. But it turns out that the wedding planning trope was true for Maja—they ended up with almost 200 guests. Notable names include Kakai Bautista, Lucy and Richard Gomez, and her man of honor, John Lloyd Cruz.
7. Dress code
"Madasalin pero ma-feng shui," Maja joked this disclaimer when asked about the dress code of the wedding. It turns out that according to Eastern tradition, her and Rambo's lucky color is green so that's why there were pops of the hue—entourage ensembles included—all throughout. Meanwhile, guests were asked to come in earth tones.
8. Wedding dress
"Timeless" was how Maja described her Zuhair Murad bridal gown, and we couldn't agree more! She even confessed to having teared up when she first saw the romantic lace frock. Aww!
9. Hair and Makeup
For someone who's used to getting glammed up, she opted for something simple on her big day. The 34-year-old wanted a natural yet glowy look, and so she tapped her trusted makeup artist Denise Ochoa and hairstylist Jay Wee. She was an ethereal vision as she walked down the aisle!
10. Honeymoon
Ever the romantic, Maja requested to have their honeymoon in Paris. As a newly-wed, she wanted to explore the city of romance. She even hinted about their idyllic mode of transport they'll take!
