If you grew up with Estrel's Caramel Cakes and had it on the table for most family celebrations, here's good news for you: They are officially back after a two-month hiatus!
Famous for their soft, pillowy chiffon cakes covered with caramel icing, Estrel's is now back to baking albeit with a scaled-down production team. What does this mean for dessert fans? You need to order three to four days in advance.
According to their Facebook page, you may call Estrel's at these numbers: (02) 8372-2965, (02) 8371-7938, or (02) 8376-7317. Cakes may be picked up from Thursday to Sunday only, while all other pastries will be available for pick-up from Monday to Sunday. Orders from walk-in clients will not be entertained as of the moment. Online transfers for payments are highly encouraged.
