Stell Ajero, global P-pop sensation SB19's main vocalist and choreographer, has amassed half a million followers on Instagram and over three million followers on TikTok. Along with his legions of supporters also comes a handful of naysayers, and in an interview with journalist Jessica Soho, the star has finally opened up about one of the things he's been previously mocked for, particularly addressing people's opinions on his cosmetic enhancements.
Stell of SB19 Talks About His Cosmetic Enhancements
On the topic of his alleged nose job, Stell confidently says: "Sa panahon ngayon, wala naman po kasing masama when it comes to enhancing yourself."
Fans and casual observers alike have noticed the 29-year-old's change in appearance over the years, with many thinking that he's gone under the knife at some point. In this interview, he seemingly confirms the speculations, stating, "Kung doon ka magiging masaya, kung doon ka magiging confident, e ano naman?"
Stell emphasizes that there should be no issue with getting any cosmetic enhancements, adding that what ultimately matters is that you're able to finance such procedures. "Kung may budget ka, ipagawa mo na," he puts it.
Stell of SB19 on Being Face-Shamed for His Appearance
Earlier this month, Stell's appearance became a hot topic when he was called "panget" by internet personality Stella Salle. In a Facebook post, Stella reshared photos of the singer's "face card" years prior.
In a TikTok live, Stell talked about the incident, expressing that he was unfazed by the comment. "Yung mga taong iniisip or nagtatanong kung okay lang ako. Don't worry guys, I'm okay. Sobrang busy lang talaga. 'Tsaka di naman ako nasaktan, to be honest," he said.
Stella has since apologized for her remark, personally addressing the SB19 member.
In the same live video, Stell said that he held no grudge towards her. He stated: "Hindi ako galit doon sa tao. Siyempre nagulat lang na may ganun pala. Di ko rin naman siya masisisi kung ganun yung tingin niya. Siya naman yun."
