10 Things You Need to Know About Atasha Muhlach

These are questions Scorpio twins Andres and Atasha Muhlach can probably answer. Not everyone gets to say that Filipino TV icons Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales are their parents, after all. While the two have been living their lives as regular college students lately (Aga and Charlene are pretty adamant about them completing their studies first, as they should), they've each been slowly carving out their own places in the industry. Atasha, in particular, made quite the rupture when she recently graced our February 2023 cover.

1. Her weird food combination is Flamin' Hot Cheetos and cream cheese.

Looking for something more than the usual chips and chocolate? Give Atasha's favorite a try! It's a spicy, savory, and salty flavor symphony for the tastebuds.

2. Her dream travel destination is Greece. Among countries that she's visited so far, her favorite is Spain.

While the Philippines still holds the top spot in this beach lover's heart, she would love to check out the islands in Greece one day.

3. She can play 10 sports.

Aside from hitting the books and smizing for the camera, Atasha spent her teen years playing various sports like basketball, rugby, football, and even wakeboarding! She and her dad used to bond by playing "golf" with paper balls during the onset of the pandemic.

4. Her mother and her grandma are her style icons.

Of course, one of the things we absolutely adore about Atasha is her stylishness that's way beyond her years. When she isn't all dolled up for galas or shoots, she can often be spotted in fuss-free neutrals and chic casual silhouettes. 5. Her go-to karaoke song is "That's What I Like" by Bruno Mars.

Did you know? Atasha Muhlach can sing and play piano. Another delightful discovery from the 21-year-old's social media is her talent for singing and playing the piano! She's stated in an interview that she got to rekindle her musical skills during the prolonged COVID-19 lockdowns. But when she's indulging in every Filipino's favorite activity, her go-to karaoke song is "That's What I Like" by Bruno Mars.

6. Her secret talent is that she can eat 5 cups of rice in one sititng.

According to our young muse, she eats the most in their family and can even finish 5 cups of rice in one sitting! She attributes this to fueling her athleticism and active lifestyle.

7. She describes herself as very organized.

After finishing her high school studies at the British School Manila, Atasha flew to Nottingham, London to take up a business-related course. (ICYDK, Andres is also studying in Europe, specifically in Spain!)

Atasha reveals that she's very organized and that she has a schedule that she adheres to that includes chores, classes, and working out. In a press conference, Aga confessed that it wasn't that difficult for him and Charlene to let their children go, since they already trust in their capabilities to be independent. "Dahil sila lang ang nandun, natututo silang kumilos mag-isa, mag-ayos ng kuwarto nila, magluto, mag-ayos ng gamit nila, mag-budget ng pera nila, lahat," he expressed.

8. Her favorite TV series is "Entourage".

We're all prone to a little bit of binge-watching now and then, and Atasha can't help but gush over the HBO series Entourage. Give it a play if you're looking for some light comedy-drama about a Hollywood movie star.

9. Sharks hold a special place in her heart.

As someone who enjoys being around the ocean, it doesn't come as a surprise that her favorite animal is a shark. She considers them majestic and often misunderstood.

During our February 2023 cover shoot, Atasha expressed glee at being able to collaborate with other creatives. Aside from being pretty fond of drawing and painting, she is also a natural in front of the camera.
