ICYMI, Coleen Garcia and Billy Crawford are expecting a baby boy! On June 10, the couple held their online gender reveal party via YouTube, Facebook, and Kumu with their friends and family present.
With the big day just weeks away, Coleen took to Instagram to share how she has been preparing herself, writing: "Been taking this time to rest, research, and prepare myself as much as I can—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—for the big day and beyond! I've been pretty chill throughout this whole pregnancy, and I’ve really been loving and treasuring this time."
"Right now the only real exercise I’ve been getting is some walking, plus online prenatal pilates every other day with @optionsstudiobgc! That (+ good nutrition) is probably why I haven’t experienced any swelling or excessive aches and pains," she shared.
"I still feel very much like myself, but better, and I’m just soooooo excited for everything that comes after this! Going on #34w nowww and I can’t believe how fast time is flying!"
