Chie Filomeno is a certified fitness junkie who follows a disciplined diet, but she notes, "Don't deprive your body of what it needs."
This mindful approach to nutrition not only ensures her health, but also supports the demands of her professional engagements. "Kasi eto, ginagawa lang naman namin siya if may mga importanteng shoot na kailangan mukha kaming tuyo," she mentions. "That is the industry. So, parang makakatulong din tayo sa mga photographers, sa mga nagtatrabaho kung you'll take care of yourself also."

Extending beyond controlling her food consumption, the actress lso retains her workout routine: "Nagiging consistent din ako, pero syempre, may mga times na we will lack, as in, talagang matatamad tayo. Pero, kailangan mo lang kumbisihin yung sarili mo talaga, e, na you have a goal in life so kailangan mong kumilos."
"Kasi wala namang kikilos for you, to have a good life, also a good body, a good physique, to be healthy inside and out."
Now 27, Chie has already anchored her health and fitness routine to one that is compatible with her body. She no longer consults with doctors or health professionals when it comes to diet because she has already done a good deal of experimentation in the past: "Naging trial and error na rin siya."

She clarifies: "So, napagdaanan ko na din yung point na tubig lang ako, ganito, ganon. Soup, yung broth. And hindi siya for me. Alam ko, iba-iba tayo ng diet. But that's not for me."
"I give my body what it needs. Kasi I'm already petite. And so, I really have a fast metabolism. So, thank you sa parents ko. Mine-maintain ko lang siya."
