Chelsea Manalo of Bulacan Is Crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2024
Held on May 22 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 coronation night concluded with the win of Miss Bulacan Chelsea Manalo. The beauty queen bagged the coveted title after answering the final question: "You are beautiful and confident. How would you use these qualities to empower others?"
Read her winning response in the Q&A round below:
"As a woman of color, I've always faced challenges in my life. I was told that beauty is a high standard, actually. But for me, I have listened and always believed in my mother, to always believe in yourself. Uphold the vows that you have in yourself. Because of these, I am already influencing a lot of women who are facing me right now as a transformational woman. I have here 52 other delegates with me who have helped me to become the woman I am."

Following Chelsea Manalo was Stacey Daniella Gabriel of Cainta, who was crowned as the first runner-up. Meanwhile, Athisa Manalo of Quezon Province ranked as this year’s second runner-up, Tarah Valencia of Baguio as the third runner-up, and Christi McGarry of Taguig as the fourth runner-up.
Chelsea is set to represent the Philippines in the 73rd Miss Universe competition in Mexico, where Sheynnis Palacios of Nicaragua will crown her successor.
Our heartfelt congratulations to Chelsea and all the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 contestants!
