Fifty years ago, mankind made history by succesfully landing on the moon in the Apollo 11 spaceflight while wearing the Omega Speedmaster a.k.a. the first moon-bound timepiece.
In celebration of this giant leap, not just for humanity, but for the luxury watch brand as well, Omega launched a special exhibition titled the Omega Moon Landing Exhibition, highlighting artwork and photos to embody and commemorate the momentous event while surrounded by golden astronaut statuettes. Displayed right in the middle of it all, of course, is the famed first watch that accompanied man into space.
You can visit the Omega Moon Landing Exhibition at The Lumina Lobby in The Podium, Ortigas until August 4, 2019.
