Doll House has been dominating Netflix charts, and viewers everywhere—celebrities included!—can't stop gushing about Baron Geisler's riveting performance. 

This moving portrayal of a troubled father, his "second wind", if you will, was not happenstance. In order to give justice to his character, the 40-year-old consulted with two thespians in Cebu. It turns out he used a combination of different acting techniques in bringing Rustin to life! Plus, did you know that he had to lose ten pounds in two weeks for this role? Talk about commitment!

We learned all these and more when we sat down with Baron for an episode of 10 Things. Aside from talking about his latest blockbuster, he also briefly touched on his old "rock and roll lifestyle", gave us a glimpse of his advocacies and how he is as a family man, and even crooned his go-to karaoke song. 1. He normally wears eyeglasses to improve his eyesight.

The actor revealed that his eye grade is so high that he actually can't see without specs.

2. He was a member of a band called Bisquit PH. 

It comes as no surprise that Baron revealed he previously had a "rock and roll lifestyle" and was actually in a band. But, did you know that he actually wrote a bunch of songs? It's currently under lock and key but hopefully one day, we'll get to hear his music. 

3. His favorite weird food combination is sinigang with ketchup. 

Would you try this? Someone he'd likely get along with is Start-Up PH actor Alden Richards who also revealed in a 10 Things episode that he likes putting ketchup in everything.

4. His go-to karaoke song is "Fix You" by Coldplay.

He even sang the chorus!

5. If he didn't pursue acting, he would've become a banker or an artist.

While he wanted to be a banker or a veterinarian when he was a kid, he has since been drawn to the world of fine arts. In fact, he's even sold some of his artworks! 

6. He and his wife go around the country to promote their advocacy on mental health awareness.

Not one to shy away from his past, he uses those dark times in order to inspire others to make a change. Together with the government and his church, he attends engagements to helps drug surrenderees and troubled youth. Well done, Baron!

7. As a licensed diver, he used to collect wetsuits.

Haven't we all gone a bit too obsessed with our hobbies? Baron is no different and admits that he used to collect wetsuits. 

8. He has a total of 19 tattoos, all of which have a special meaning for him.

His favorite right now though is the rendering of him and his daughter, Tali. 

9. He had to lose 10 pounds in two weeks for his role as Rustin in "Doll House".

It's not unusual for actors to change their look to fit the role they are portraying. It's always best to do so under the supervision of a doctor or nutritionist as speedy weightloss is not the healthiest.

10. He combined different acting techniques for his role in "Doll House". 

He actually consulted with two thespians before filming, but ultimately made his own style by combining different techniques.
