Case in point: Days after making her Paris Fashion Week debut, Anne encountered a rude netizen who criticized her appearance. In a now deleted-post on X, the user wrote, “Medyo papansin ‘tong big lips na ‘to. Kulang na lang, ipa-surgeon mo ‘yang bunganga.”
It wasn’t long before Anne noticed the harsh comment making rounds on social media. Refusing to lose her cool, she directly addressed the basher and stated that she’s completely proud of her natural pout.
“Hindi ko kailangan ng surgeon or any doctor dahil I was born and blessed with these lips or bunganga as you say,” she replied with an emoji of a face winking and blowing a kiss. We love her smart response!
Her fans proceeded to shower her with compliments afterwards, praising her for staying unfazed and calm amidst the detractor. One netizen also pointed out that the basher’s account went private following Anne’s post.
In case you don’t know, this actually isn’t the first time that Anne has shut down haters online. Three years ago, she also penned a lengthy reply to an Instagram user who told her to stop singing.
