In a YouTube vlog uploaded on February 25, 2024, Filipino actress Andrea Brillantes surprised her longtime assistants, Ryza and Sabel, with motorcycles. She revealed that both of them had been diligently saving up for their own motorcycles, but she decided to surprise them by buying the motorcycles for them instead.

Ryza is the daughter of Andrea’s yaya, Ate Erna, who had been watching over her since she was four years old. “Si Ate Erna talaga yung naghe-help dito sa house, pero yung daughter niya na si Ryza decided to help her here sa house,” she shared. Sabel is another one of Andrea’s longtime helpers who has been with her since she was around five or six years old.
Andrea decided to surprise Ryza first. Pretending to leave for an appointment, Andrea got into her car but was unable to leave because a “stranger’s” motorcycle had been blocking her exit. She called Ryza to ask the neighbors about the owner of the motorcycle before revealing moments later that the motorcycle was actually hers. Both Ryza and her mother, Erna, were moved to tears. Erna mentioned that Ryza was saving up for a motorcycle worth P100,000 (similar to the one Andrea gave) but was only able to save up P50,000. “Nag-iipon pa ko diyan e,” said Ryza with tears in her eyes. Andrea urged Ryza to keep her savings for herself, to which Ryza added, “May pang-tuition na ko, Ma.”
Sabel, who witnessed the prank, jokingly mentioned how jealous she was of Ryza. Little did she know that this delay was all part of Andrea’s plan.
The following day, Andrea, Ryza, and Sabel would go to a motorcycle store to get the receipt for Ryza's motorcycle. At the shop, Andrea pretended to fill out the forms for Ryza’s motorcycle and handed them over to Sabel. That’s when Andrea revealed that Sabel would also be receiving her own motorcycle. Sabel was also moved to tears by Andrea’s heartwarming gesture.
