Congratulations are in order for Filipino-Chinese cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao and her husband Christopher Quimbo! They're beginning a new stage in their family life by welcoming a new member to their team.
In a recent Instagram post, Alodia shared the happy news that they've just welcomed their healthy baby."New character unlocked," she captioned the post. She also shared more details through a YouTube vlog on titled, "The Birth of Player 3."

In a fun and quick Instagram Reel, Alodia and Christopher wittily revealed that they have already brought home baby Quimbo. Opening the sequence by shaking each other's hands, the lyrics, "Can we skip to the good part" then played before the pair transitioned to holding their little one.
More details were revealed in Alodia's vlog. In the video, Christopher was heard saying, "I'm ready to be a dad," while on their way to the hospital. And it really shows with how mindful he was of Alodia! He reminded her to watch her steps as they walk down the stairs. Once in their car, Alodia shared an update to the viewers, "Alright, so we are heading to the hospital right now," before adding, "Today we'll be checking in and delivery will be early morning tomorrow." Before going to the hospital though, the Quimbos didn't forget to pick up their snacks while on the way!
The couple began their next day bright and early before 5 a.m., to get ready for Alodia's labor. Before getting transferred to the delivery room, Alodia reminisced, saying, "Time flies so fast." Meanwhile, Christopher was getting really excited, wearing a shirt that read "DAD." And in just a short while, Alodia and Christopher welcomed baby boy Quimbo to the world!
Alodia and Christopher announced their pregnancy back in June, when she was already a few months in. Then, in September, they made their gender reveal! Alodia and Christopher tied the knot in February 2023 after their engagement in July 2022.
