Nobody's ever happy when their plans don't pan out the way they want, especially when it comes to travel. Alex Gonzaga took to her social media channels to call out Philippine Airlines after they cancelled her husband Mikee Morada's flight.

The actress posted on her Facebook page: "Hi Philippine Airlines super hassle ng biglaan nyo CANCEL ang flight tapos move nyo ng 2 days ang ticket. Your hotline is not answering. Sino kaya pwede makausap. Wag sana ganito na wala choice ang passengers. Grabe yun."
She also posed a similar message on Instagram stories.
PAL Responds to Alex Gonzaga's Call Out
The airline swiftly responded to Alex's Facebook page. They apologized for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation, and said they would get in touch with her to make arrangements for her husband's missed flight. "We understand how frustrating this must be, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to your travel plans," Philippine Airlines said via a comment on Facebook. "Safety is always our top priority. The flight cancellation was due to unforeseen maintenance requirements. While we understand this is not ideal, it ensures the safety of all passengers on board."
Hopefully the two parties can resolve their issues soon. This isn't the first time a celebrity called out the airline. Just last year, Small Laude called them out for not letting her daughter Allison board a flight to Tokyo. Similarly, Vice Ganda also called the airline out for overbooking a flight and delaying her travel plans.
