Without a doubt, A World of Married Couple was one of the best K-drama gifts we received during this odd period in our lives. Fans of the show at least had something to look forward to every weekend. While Dr. Ji's journey was both stressful and frustrating to watch, the story was so well-made and admittedly addicting.
The show officially wrapped up on May 17 and, unsurprisingly, the last episode of the show set a new record for TV ratings. Soompi reports that, according to Nielsen Korea, the finale scored a rating of 28.37 percent, breaking its own record of 24.44 percent set by episode 15, which aired the night prior.
Earlier this month, it was reported that A World of Married Couple also officially outranked the massively successful 2019 drama Sky Castle in ratings.
If you haven’t seen the show yet, now’s the perfect time to start because all 16 episodes are available on Viu—no need to patiently wait weekly like the rest of us did!
