As Metro Manila becomes more crowded, people are looking upwards for living spaces, including the ultra-rich. The traditional concept of homeownership has long been evolving, with a noticeable shift from land-based properties to high-rise condominiums.

The aftermath of the pandemic sees the Philippines’ economy on the mend and with it, a booming interest in luxury condominiums with a starting price of P20 million and upwards.

Recent data from real estate platform Lamudi reveals an overwhelming 93% of inquiries for the most luxurious condos for sale were concentrated in Metro Manila, with Makati, Taguig, and Pasig emerging as the top three cities. We're not surprised with that, but which specific condominiums are we talking about here?

According to Lamudi, here are the most expensive condominiums in Metro Manila in the first quarter of 2024:
