2. DETAIL COSMETICS Clay Pen in Clay
If you're on a budget, the best way to get that bang for your buck is to invest in multi-use products. One such item that you can cop is Detail Cosmetics' Clay Pen. Sure, they have a variety of shades available but what you need to get is the shade, Clay. Muriel uses this product on clients as an eye shadow (specifically to contour the eyes) or as an eyeliner for a softer look compared to using, say, black eyeliner.

3. KIKO MILANO Smart Colour Eye Pencil in 05 Matte Brown
The priciest and only international brand on this list, Kiko Milano is a new addition to the Philippine beauty landscape having just put up shop in 2023. Muriel recommends getting their Smart Color pencil—note that no specific use is indicated in the product name—in 05 Matte Brown which you can use as an eyebrow pencil, an eyeliner, and even as a lip liner if you're the type that wants a bigger and poutier lip.

4. COLOURETTE Colourtint Mini in Meg
Colourette's known to be multi-use product friendly and it shows with how varied their Colourtints shades are. The brand has over 20 shades for this product and it can be used for your lips, cheeks, and even eyes. Muriel recommends the shade Meg, a terracotta hue, since it looks great on both morena and fair skin.
