It takes an entire glam team to make sure a celebrity looks her best, more so if she's attending a big event like the Met Gala. Their makeup alone requires rigid planning! And thanks to NARS, we now know how A-listers prep their faces for the camera. The brand partnered with three celebrity makeup artists to creat stunning looks on Brie Larson, Solange, and Claire Foy for yesterday's festivities! The artists spilled their inspirations plus the exact products they used for the look.
1. Brie Larson
Inspired by the Comme des Garçons' playful yet unconventional aesthetic, NARS' Rachel Goodwin created this glam-graphic look on Brie Larson. "I used a mix of gold, grey and silver liners to form a unique shape along the eyelid. I also added unique embellishments on the eye creating an overall avant-garde look."

2. Solange
Solange's Met look composed of strong brows, perfected skin, and a surprise avant-garde touch. Blink and you'll miss the graphic white liner on her cheeks, a subtle nod to previous CDG runway looks.

3. Claire Foy
Makeup artist Quinn Murphy went with a Hollywood classic on The Crown's lead star. "I wanted the makeup to be minimal with a focus on the bold red lip," he tells NARS. He focused on perfecting the base with concealer (look at her freckles showing through!) and giving Claire's cheeks a soft pink flush.
