With grace and confidence, Marian answered, "Wala naman! Thank you, Lord!" She further reiterated, "Napaisip tuloy ako, wala naman! Okay naman ako."
From the moment she entered the world of showbiz, Marian emphasized that the thought of undergoing surgical enhancements never crossed her mind. Instead, she fully embraced her natural beauty and chose not to pursue any alterations.
Reflecting on her showbiz journey, she recalled, "Hindi ko naisip o sumagi sa isip ko na mag-aartista ako, 'di ba? Parang gusto ko lang commercial model. Mag-commercial-commercial lang, magazines. Eh, nabigyan ng pagkakataon, sinuwerte, siguro pinalad. So, nagtuluy-tuloy lang… from there, siyempre in-embrace ko na 'yun."

As a mom, Marian also holds the aspiration of instilling the value of self-love and self-acceptance in her children. As her daughter, Zia, grows up and navigates the complexities of dealing with insecurities, Marian's approach serves as an inspiring guide.
Marian said, "As mom niya, mas maganda na sinasabi ko sa kanya na you need to love yourself. At kailangan nakikita 'din 'yung bata na ina-accept mo siya sa kahit anong pamamaraan."
Marian recognizes that children, particularly as they go through their learning phases and journey into adulthood, often grapple with moments of self-doubt. She is acutely aware of the challenges they may encounter in a society that frequently places significant emphasis on external appearance.
Understanding the potential impact of these societal pressures, Marian believes in the crucial role parents play in creating a nurturing environment of love and acceptance. By doing so, parents establish a solid foundation upon which their children can build confidence and develop self-assurance.
Marian explained, "Kasi ang bata ay bata. [And kahit na] may mga kulit factor talaga yan. May mga pagkakataon na minsan, 'Hmm, sobra na.' Pero hindi ibig sabihin na hindi natin sila tatanggapin. Kasi as a parent, as a mother, nandito ako para sa kanya. Hindi para i-correct, kung hindi i-accept ko kung sino siya."
Marian said she, alongside her husband Dingdong Dantes, stands as a steadfast pillar of support for their children, ensuring they feel valued and cherished.
She continued, "The mere fact na in-accept mo 'yung bata kung sino siya, magkakaroon siya, magkakaroon siya ng kumpiyasa para sa sarili. Siguro 'yung, unti-unti, gradual. Kasi bata pa naman, so iba-iba yung nakikitang tao.
"Ang mahalaga yung parents, both, kami ni Dong, nasa likod nila kami no matter what. Kakampi nila kami at love namin sila."
