Meet @nanayandclaro, the 84-year-old grandma who has taken social media by storm with her wholesome GRWM makeup videos. From applying primer to perfecting eyeshadow and lipstick, Nanay, as she is affectionately called, takes us through her entire makeup process with humor and charm.
She has garnered attention and admiration from viewers, with some even sending her boxes of cosmetics to try, including local beauty brand GRWM Cosmetics. Young actress Criza Taa also took notice of Nanay and even left a comment on one of her videos, saying "me pag tanda [heart emoji] SOOOO cute nanay [heart emoji]".
Behind the scenes, Nanay's grandson, Claro, handles the account. They initially started on TikTok, with Claro entertaining followers by making small and wholesome pranks on his beloved Lola. They would also do various TikTok challenges together before the account evolved into Nanay’s very own beauty channel.
