You have to admit, it’s hard to go barefaced on social media these days, especially when society’s beauty standards expect you to be close to perfection. This holds especially true for celebrities. That’s why it’s such a rarity to see celebs posting raw and unfiltered photos of themselves. But beauty queen Katarina Rodriguez has no problem posting without makeup. Here’s why:

Last April 29, we got the chance to sit down with Katarina Rodriguez during Galderma Aesthetics’ Glow Through Life event. There, she shared how going through two pregnancies led her to experience hormonal changes, which eventually affected how she looked.

But despite the changes in her appearance, the beauty queen-turned-actress expressed that she had no problems going barefaced on social media. “If you follow me on social media, I’m very confident in posting with no makeup,” she said. The reason? Restylane Skinboosters.
What is Restylane Skinboosters?
Restylane Skinboosters is a non-invasive beauty treatment that delivers a fine layer of microdroplets of hyaluronic acid beneath the skin's surface, attracting moisture and offering deep, long-lasting hydration. It’s meant to restore the natural composition of the skin, boosting skin elasticity, and reducing overall skin texture. This results in smoother, hydrated skin that looks healthy and refreshed.
“I got to try it and I love it. As in, di mo kailangan ng makeup at all because of how moisturized the skin looks,” she said. In fact, it left her skin so soft and supple that she even compared it to her one-year-old daughter’s skin.

“I think that the Skinboosters is a game-changer in the beauty industry. I think it's a high-maintenance thing you can do to remain low maintenance on your everyday life and your routine for every day,” she said.

Continuing to explain the benefits of Restylane Skinboosters, Katarina raved about how great the treatment is for people who want that extra oomph in their skin without it looking unnatural. The actress herself admitted that although she gets treatments done, she always wants it to look as natural as possible. “I don’t like anything invasive, I don’t like anything that will make me look different [from] what I naturally look like. I also don’t like to do anything that when it wears off my face look worse than how it started and the Skinboosters Dr. [Jennie Francisco Diaz] assured me that it’s a treatment that is in line with all the things I always request for.”
“It’s really just moisturizing from within,” she concluded.
