Ever wondered if the famous 10,000-step routine really works? Well, Isabelle Daza might be living proof of it.
In one of her recent posts, Isabelle shared her State of the Nation Address (SONA) outfit, a green custom-made Filipiniana terno crafted by designer Dennis Lustico.

But of course, what is Isabelle's post without her being the quirky and humorous woman she is? In a succeeding post, she shared on Instagram a TikTok video of her dancing to the "Mamushi" trend.
She captioned her post with, "If you aren't following me on TikTok, don't do it, it's so cringe." Her post drew laughs from celebrities and avid followers, who expressed how they are still stunned by Isabelle's beauty despite her dancing to the TikTok trend.
One follower in particular asked her how she managed to lose weight. The online user respectfully asked, "How [do] you lose weight po? [amazed emoji]"
Isabelle directly responded to the question, "10,000 steps [every day] + weights."
It's not that top-secret of a routine—most people would know that there are healthy benefits to achieving 10,000 steps a day and also lifting weights. But to get it from Isabelle, well, that just gave us more reason to track our steps and reach 10,000 daily!

According to the medical site, Medical News Today, 7,000 steps a day would actually be enough already. But we won't stop you if you can do 10,000—that only means more health benefits for you!
Isabelle Daza's Thoughts on Body Positivity
As a mom, Isabelle had struggled to adjust to the changes to her body due to pregnancy. Nonetheless, the celebrity took it positively and made it a sign of self-discovery and empowerment.
In August 2023, Isabelle shared this refreshing outlook with her fellow moms who are finding it hard to accept their postpartum bodies. She posted, "I've stopped buying clothes for ‘when I get thinner’ and I feel a lot better."
Her post came five months after she and her husband Adrien Semblat welcomed their third child—a baby girl—into their family. Indeed, it's liberating to not feel restricted when it comes to style and comfortability just because you can't fit your clothes. The mindset that Isabelle proudly flaunted on IG surely inspired a lot of moms to not be bothered by their bodies anymore and embrace it.
Last March 2024, a year after she gave birth to her baby girl, Isabelle surprised the Internet with an IG update of her body goals. She wrote in the caption, "I planned to have abs a year after giving birth but this’ll do for now." The post included photos of her donning a red crop top and some photos of her at the gym, working hard for that fit mom figure she wants.
