Granted that these celebs are blessed with full brows, it's easy for them to score. feathery brows. They simply need to brush up their hairs with a tinted brow gel and they're done. But if you belong to the other end of the spectrum—aka barely-there arches—I've got great news for you. You can still score bushy eyebrows even if you're not exactly born with them! Celebrity makeup artist Katie Jane Hughes has the best fluffy eyebrow tutorial. I mean, look closely how she drew tiny hair-like strokes on the sparse areas:

If you want to learn how she does this technique, check out her quick IG tutorial below. She simply used lash glue (!!!) to set the brow hairs and then drew tiny hairs using a brow pen. She cleaned up the edges using concealer. Yup, you read that right. It only took three steps.
