On February 5, 2024, Heart Evangelista was announced as the newest ambassador for Ultherapy, a revolutionary non-invasive treatment—no going under the knife here.
"I’ve always been using Ultherapy with Dra. [Aivee Teo]; actually, that was one of the first anti-aging machines that I ever tried in my life, and for many years, actually. So, I would regularly do it every six months, pero sometimes four months, but it’s really one of the top ones na yun talaga yung pinapakita sakin ni Dra. Aivee.”
What is Ultherapy?
Ultherapy uses ultrasound technology to stimulate the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin, providing natural-looking results without surgery or downtime. It is the only FDA-cleared procedure that lifts the neck, chin, and brow while improving lines and wrinkles on the upper chest.

Heart revealed that she has been using Ultherapy for over three years. She initially focused on sculpting her face before making it a regular part of her skincare routine. "Before I would just do my jowls, now I do my neck as well, and sometimes I also do my eyelids, so when it droops, it’s very important. I just do it on my brows to give a brow lift," Heart explained.

Addressing concerns about the pain associated with the procedure, Heart joked, "Mas masakit yung mga personal na pinagdadaanan natin. This is nothing. You know, this is like, for yourself. It’s not naman that painful, especially with the Emla [a topical anaesthetic cream]."
Highlighting the non-invasive nature of Ultherapy, she added, "It’s non-invasive, that's the number one. You don’t have to worry about anything scary like seeing blood or anything like that. It’s technically a machine. So, it’s available for us to use, so why not? We’re given a chance to maintain [our skin], so start as early as you can. You don’t want to regret [it]."
Where Can You Do Ultherapy?
Ultherapy is available at select beauty clinics nationwide. But as earlier mentioned, Heart goes to The Aivee Clinic in particular.
