In her recent Instagram post, Ellen revealed that her ultimate fitspiration is Miley Cyrus. "The goal is still... MILEY CYRUS and NO MORE BODY PAINS," wrote Ellen. She further shared that she gained 20 pounds during her pregnancy and has lost half of it after a month.
On her photo, she answered a question that she often gets—How did she bounce back after pregnancy?
In terms of timeline, Ellen is giving herself nine months to achieve her dream body. "Took me 9 months to grow a tiny human in my belly, so I'm giving myself another 9 months to hit my goals (4 months to go). Not there yet but progress is progress." Indeed!

On the subject of her workouts, Ellen only does three things: pilates three times a week, yoga two times a week, and a daily step count of 5,000. "This mama does not have the energy for high intensity stuff (for now)," she added.
The actress also revealed that she has sciatica, which she acquired during her pregnancy and is currently getting therapy for. She even humorously thanked Lili for it. "Thank you for this souvenir. Nothing says motherhood like nerve pain and aches everywhere."

Ellen candidly acknowledged her homones and opened up about experiencing hair fall as well. "The ups and downs and hello homones?!!! Hello? Can we just relax? Kai akong hair fall maka depress na huhhh pieces na lang nabilin sa akong buhok!"
Reminding everyone to give credit where credit is due, the actress ended her post with gratitude towards the people (including herself, of course) and brands that continue to help her with her fitness journey.

For her diet, Ellen leaves it to the experts. She shared that she religiously follows her everyday meal plans.

From religiously following something to someone—Ellen stands firm in her goal of achieving a Miley Cyrus-like body. She has high standards and she's not apologetic about it.

Finally, Ellen admits that it is human nature to feel pressure, especially when you're talking about reaching a specific goal. After all, we learn to appreciate the good days more when we also experience some not-so-good ones.
