In an interview with Karen Davila, the actress credited intermittent fasting for her weight loss journey. “Intermittent fasting talaga. I do 24 hours, then do 20 hours, and then tuloy-tuloy na. It became a habit already," she said.
“Magsa-start ka ng 13 hours [of fasting] muna, then 14, don't go beyond that.”
