Chie Filomeno is starting 2025 with a bold move—or three, to be exact. The actress is currently in South Korea to celebrate the new year, but it's not just the sights of Seoul she’s soaking in. Chie added not just one but three new tattoos to her growing collection of body art, each a delicate piece of line art in red and black ink. Get a closer look ahead.
LOOK: Chie Filomeno’s New Tattoos for the New Year
Chie’s new ink features a playful ramen bowl on her left shoulder, a duo of floral stems on the back of her left arm, and a red bow delicately placed on the nape of her neck. Done in a combination of red and black ink, the tattoos are dainty yet striking, perfectly aligned with her chic aesthetic.

Chie’s tattoo artist, Ziv (@ziv_tattooer on Instagram), is part of Double Gray, a tattoo studio nestled in Seoul’s bustling Hongdae district (take note if you'd like to book your own appointment the next time you're in SoKor, too).

Chie Filomeno’s Growing Tattoo Collection
These aren’t Chie’s only tattoos. She’s been curating a collection of dainty mini tatts over the years. She once shared on her Instagram stories a close-up of her tattoos, featuring a red heart tattoo on her wrist, while a delicate flower graces her ear. Her ankle is adorned with little wings, and the word "meraki" is inked on one of her fingers. Her back features a script tattoo that reads "amor fati," a Latin phrase meaning "love of fate," and her lower leg carries a meaningful Baybayin tattoo that says "padayon," a Filipino word for "keep going."
