It turns out, the Miss Universe 2018 titleholder did her own makeup for the pageant.
Catriona revealed on Instagram: "Did my own glam for @missuniverse and super proud of how it came out." She looked absolutely stunning with her sultry makeup look. Prepping is key to a flawless base. Before doing her makeup, Catriona used a brightening toner and serum from Cetaphil. She then applied a tinted lip oil from Strokes. And to make her makeup last all night, she used a hydrating primer from Milk Makeup.

If you're looking for a budge-proof eyeliner, Catriona swears by Make Up For Ever's Aqua Resist Liner In Graphite. "I love this because it does not budge and it's really a true black," she gushed.
"It's going to be a long show. There could be some emotions, of course," Catriona shared. That said, she used Heroine Make's bestselling waterproof mascara, along with its mascara base. "Just making sure everything is budge-proof."
