You can do this trend on your own by using brow soaps and brow gels. However, if you really don't want to spend and buy more makeup, we found Hayley Bui's hack that calls for hair gel! Honestly, this totally makes sense since your arches do have hair.
You simply need to apply the styling product on your brows and brush 'em up with a spoolie. If you worry that your arches don't have enough hair, you can just fill in the sparse areas with a brow pen or a slim pencil for a natural, "fluffy" look. Polish your brow's shape by painting a thin layer of concealer under the arch and you're done!
