The Television Academy honors the best acts in American television at the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards. Before everyone had their golden trophies handed to them, however, the guests walked down the red carpet and made us witnesses to some cop-worthy beauty looks. Carice, who played The Red Woman on Game of Thrones, showed up in a vampy red lip that eerily reminds us of her signature garb in the show—and we love it.

Who says you can't wear a dark eye with a dark lip? Definitely not Viola Davis, who pulled off both with a perfectly fluffed 'do.
