Bela Padilla's most recent makeup look had us crushing on her kawaii gradient lips. We just had to ask her makeup artist, Justine Navato, for tips on recreating the look for ourselves! Here's what he had to say:
The Products
Now it may look minimalist, but Justine shares the he actually used a combination of three products to achieve this lip color. "It's a mix of Koh Gen Do PK303 and L'Oreal in 124 for the base. Then, I applied RMS Beauty's Lip2Cheek in Diabolique after."

Tips for Application
As for the actual application, the makeup artist said that you have to start with prepping the lips first. Make sure to pat the lips dry with a tissue before applying anything, then use a really fine brush to have more control over the amount of product that you're using.
For Bela, Justine mainly concentrated the products on the middle of her lips, blending it outwards. He used a little bit of concealer to diffuse the color on the edges, too. His advice? Blend, blend, and blend until you're happy with the gradient effect.
