When you’re in the showbiz industry, having a radiant complexion is practically part of the job description, especially if you're a star like Aubrey Miles.
Two decades may have passed since she debuted in the scene, but Aubrey continues to have a leading lady glow with her rigorous fitness routine and her penchant for self-care. While she regularly shares her workouts on her Instagram account, she rarely shares what her regimen is to keep her skin in the best condition.
Luckily, Preview got the chance to chat with Aubrey about her skincare routine, and we were surprised to learn that she actually uses a mix of both high-end and affordable skincare, including a P95 toner!
Aubrey Miles’ Complete Skincare Routine
1. Icing
Before diving into the rest of her skincare regimen, Aubrey likes to wake herself up by icing her face. Applying ice to your face constricts blood vessels, potentially reducing the visibility of pores and wrinkles, resulting in a lighter, brighter, and more radiant complexion overall.
2. Cleanser
After icing, she cleanses her face using La Mer’s Cleansing Foam. Created to suit all skin types, this luxurious foam effectively gets rid of dirt, pollen, pollution, and other pollutants known to damage the skin and accelerate the aging process. Powered by La Mer’s signature Miracle Broth, this foaming cleanser leaves the skin feeling smooth and revitalized.

3. Toner
We all know that Aubrey loves the finer things in life. She’s constantly donning designer pieces in her outfits and jetsetting to the most luxurious vacation spots, so one would easily assume that her skincare would also be composed of all high-end products, but that isn’t the case at all!
For toner, Aubrey uses this P95 product by Skinmate. It’s said to be crafted from high-quality calamansi extracts, with a gentle formula that effectively removes makeup, eliminates dust and dirt, and allows the skin to breathe freely without causing dryness.

4. Peptides
Peptides can help rejuvenate the skin and improve its resilience. They also address wrinkles, loss of firmness, and dullness. Although Aubrey didn’t specify which Peptide product she likes to use, the Paula’s Choice Pro-Collagen Multi-Peptide Booster contains a potent blend of eight peptides that targets specific areas of your face, improving firmness, texture, wrinkles, hydration, discoloration, and redness. Simply mix it into your favorite moisturizer or another serum or use it as is.

5. Niacinamide
Another skincare ingredient that Aubrey must have in her routine is Niacinamide. It’s known to reduce enlarged pores, moisturize the skin, and brighten the complexion by reducing excess melanin production. Again, Aubrey didn’t mention which Niacinamide serum she likes to use, but we highly suggest Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops. An Instagram-worthy bottle that also provides Instagram-worthy skin!

6. Sunscreen
It’s not just the sun’s rays that can wreak havoc on our skin, as even the blue light coming from our gadgets can cause damage. Sunscreen is a must both indoors and outdoors, and Aubrey’s choice of sunscreen protection is the Ecran De Luxe Sunscreen Gel.

Bonus: Retinol
Certain dermatologists regularly suggest including retinol in skincare routines, so it’s a no-brainer that Aubrey uses it in hers too. Her pick is Good Molecules’ Gentle Retinol which she uses three times a week. It's a fan-favorite of many retinol users and is beginner-friendly too.
