To her longtime followers, it may seem like Anne Curtis is just effortlessly beautiful. But celebs like her are humans, and the superstar has put in some major work to get to where she is today. Her dedication extends to her sweat seshes at the gym, too.

In an interview with PhilStar L!fe, her trainer Gabb Rosario revealed that Anne trains five times a week. "We always train the whole body every session, but with added emphasis on the core muscles," he said.

According to Gabb, Anne's workout routine consists of core exercises such as sit-ups, leg raises, twists, planks, and V-ups, among others to tone and strengthen her abs in particular.

Asked for advice on how to replicate Anne's fit body, Gabb emphasized that Anne's fit frame is a result of making time for health and fitness. "Consistency is key, and of course, a proper diet is the main ingredient," he said.
