This year, Andrea Brillantes bagged the top spot as part of TC Handler's 100 Most Beautiful Faces List of 2024, followed by BLACKPINK's Jisoo at number two. She's joined by list veterans Janine Gutierrez (#28), Liza Soberano (#31), Belle Mariano (#52), Ivana Alawi (#69) who have all made multiple appearances, and newcomers BINI's Aiah (#88) and UNIS' Gehlee (#82).
The rankings are based on TC Candler's Patreon community, a group of around 3000 members who are involved in the nomination and voting of the people that make it to the final list. The community has members from all around the globe and explains why the list features a diverse set of celebrities. After the nomination period at the end of each year, the members get to vote for their favorites and the final rankings are posted to TC Candler's social media platforms.
